The breakfast options were fab and diverse.
The room doors felt flimsy and insecure. I often worried about whether they were locked properly, as the mechanism reminded me of a dormitory. I noticed street noise during the night that interrupted my sleep, making it challenging to rest well.

Our stay was lovely, especially the spacious family room that had a grand vibe to it. The lobby decor was really charming too! Only downside was the street noise that made it a bit hard to sleep at times, but sure, the staff were absolute gems!

i almost thought i’d leave a glowing review, but then i recalled the beds—harder than the floor! also, i woudl ve been thrilled with a cozy room pre-heated, but mine was freezing. the food was cold too. it’s quite evident that special treatment doesn't exist here, which is just unacceptable for any guest, really.

Good for families looking for a cozy stay
The staff were incredibly friendly and they even reached out to me after I checked out to say I forgot something. The food was really tasty too, had a lovely dinner with good options and the breakfast spread was solid.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Cozy stay with friendly staff
Got a lovely twin room that was comfy and right in the heart of it all! The reception lady was super helpful, giving us great local tips. Plus, the bar lady was an absolute sweetheart! Just be ready for some street noise at night from the lively area, but that just adds to the vibe, I guess. Breakfast options were fab too!

The family room was spacious and provided a comfy base for our adventures. Enjoyed delicious smoked meat at dinner, and breakfast options were delightfully varied. the street noise at night disrupted our sleep, and the shower door didn't seal properly, causing minor inconvenience. While the staff were delightful, a better attentiveness during busy hours would enhance the experience.

The views from the glass lift were breathtaking, giving us a glimpse of the stunning indigenous forest below. The staff were attentive, and we enjoyed our spacious family room which was perfect for accommodating our small kids.
For dads, it would be great if they had more activities for kids.
